Boerne Sunrise Rotary Car Show – November 1

Get ready, Boerne — the Boerne Sunrise Rotary Car Show, presented by Mata’s Concepts, rolls into town Saturday, November 1st at Random Beer Garden, 11 Upper Cibolo Creek Road. Registration runs from 9 to 11 a.m. with a $30 entry fee on the day of the show. All rides are welcome — cars, trucks, motorcycles, rat rods, low riders, tractors, and more — from classics to current!
🏆 Trophies go to the Top 30 vehicles, with special awards for Best in Show and Best Paint.
Enjoy great food, a 50/50 drawing, and a day full of engines, sunshine, and local pride — all benefiting Hill Country charities and scholarships.

Buc-ee’s Breaks Ground in Boerne:
The Boerne City Council has approved the revised Buc-ee’s development plan, adding a 9-acre buffer zone, scaling down signage, limiting fuel pumps, and requiring dark-sky compliance. Buc-ee’s will average 200 employees and cover $2.5 million in infrastructure costs, reimbursed over five years.

Tornado Recovery Efforts:
Residents impacted by last weekend’s tornado are urged to fill out the TDEM iSTAT damage report at damage.tdem.texas.gov. Submissions help state officials assess the scope of damage and coordinate recovery assistance.

Random Beer Garden for Sale:
The iconic Random Beer Garden is up for sale for $3.25 million after years of serving as a Boerne music and event hub. The venue is temporarily closed, with its future uncertain but its legacy secure.
