Carmella’s Pizza Parlor Coming to Boerne in 2026
The team behind 28 Songs Brewhouse + Kitchen, North Boerne’s award-winning brewpub, has announced an exciting new addition—Carmella’s Pizza Parlor. Created in partnership with Chef Zachary Disch, founder of Z’s Pizza, this neighborhood spot will serve authentic hand-tossed New York–style pies, specialty Detroit-style pan pizzas, grinders, meatballs, gelato, and more. With a small beer and wine bar plus arcade games, Carmella’s promises a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Scheduled to open in early 2026 next door to 28 Songs on North Main, it’s shaping up to be Boerne’s next go-to dining destination.
